Restless leg syndrome - Tremor at rest?

No. It is an irresistible urge to move one's leg, arm, chest, pphantom limbs etc. A tremor is 100% involuntairy, and comes without notice or other symptoms (usually), and has a very short active phase, and then it doesnt recur again in any predictable manner; compare with RLS, which will continually bother a single area. 96.28.157.126 (talk) 06:39, 30 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I was researching this topic using a google search and found both the wikipedia article and an article at ^[1] It seems obvious that large parts of the wikipedia article are copied from the NIH document without attribution Richquaker (talk) 15:09, 25 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

At the bottom of the etiologies list, I have placed a short reminder that all of those things can also be a result of panic with no other underlying problem. Essential tremors are or are not resting tremors?

Under Categories, "resting tremors" includes and links to "essential tremors", but that page specifically says "It is not a resting tremor" and links back here.
