Merger proposal

[edit]

I propose merging Bunny Style! and Target (T-ara song) into this article. All three articles have almost no content beyond extensive track listings. Better to merge them and try to make one acceptable article instead of three terrible ones. Most songs fail song notability requirements, and per WP:SONGS, most songs should not have standalone articles. Please share your comments. Shinyang-i (talk) 05:35, 9 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • Strong oppose. The songs are notable. The articles are not stubs and contain lots of useful information. The articles are expandable. If you redirect them, you will prevent people from expanding them. You will deny Wikipedia the opportunity to grow. --Moscow Connection (talk) 13:39, 10 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • The articles have like three lines of prose. The rest is tables of statistics and track listings. They are definitely stubs and don't contain any information at all about the songs as actual pieces of music, which is what a song information is supposed to be about. I'm begging you at this point to please, please go read some of the Wikipedia guidelines and requirements for song notability and song articles in general and why every single ever released should not have its own article! (I wish you'd also kill that silly assertion that you've posted on every merge proposal about me denying Wikipedia the opportunity to grow. Really, dude, come on.) • Support. All three articles are extremely short, and note that WikiProject Songs says "A separate article is only appropriate when there is enough verifiable material to warrant a reasonably detailed article". 2 of the 3 articles also have no references whatsoever. • Strong oppose. The song stand on its own as a single release. The song also achieved several nominations and charts which is different from the full album. The full album also does not contains song which only released on this single. Roslee78 (talk) 08:34, 9 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The tour article is nothing more than a list of tour dates and a set list, and does not appear to meet WP:NTOUR. Some of this could possibly be merged to the album article. Random86 (talk) 01:18, 11 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
