Source doesn't seem to mention the subject

The source [1] is used for a lot of the contents here, but it doesn't seem to mention hexenal, aldehyde, compound, VOC, ... Can you please indicate what bits of the source are used to verify things in the article? Fram (talk) 09:00, 1 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
