Changes

[edit]

- I changed 'crushed on' to 'was infatuated with' in one of the first paragraphs. I tried to find out definitively if 'crushed on' was slang or not, but could not. If someone more experienced with the english language finds out otherwise please feel free to edit it. Eelozano 03:38, 27 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

- I think the title comes from the Bruce Springsteen song Born To Run. Is that a viable influence? -Annon

Character list

[edit]

I restored the character list because it also has the 2003 drama's actors listed in it. --Malkinann (talk) 22:56, 13 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Removed it again. Its having the actors is not a valid reason to remove a pointless bit of fluff. Major characters can be listed in the drama section but they are otherwise very minor. -- AnmaFinotera (talk · contribs) 01:40, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Why isn't this section important? Why aren't the actors important? --Malkinann (talk) 01:44, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
The drama is an unnotable adaptation with barely any reliable sources at all. Almost all anime series articles that cover television dramas do not include those actors in the character list. At best, the main role actors are noted in the section noting the series was adapted (nor do most include the episode lists). -- AnmaFinotera (talk · contribs) 01:46, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Tramps Like Us has never been adapted into anime form. So, the actors should be listed under the drama section? --Malkinann (talk) 01:48, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Manga series too...obviously...and only the main characters and not in a list, but as prose. -- AnmaFinotera (talk · contribs) 01:57, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I thought you might be referring to 'who bothers about drama actors when there are anime actors'. Can you please show me an exemplar article with the correct character format? --Malkinann (talk) 02:02, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Page numbers

[edit]

The only page numbers that come with the English releases are those for the beginning of chapters - the section I'm using is at the back of the book. --Malkinann (talk) 02:13, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

All of the pages are numbered. Count if needed...but need to list page number and, preferably, include the section name. Otherwise it appears the whole volume is the reference when it is not. -- AnmaFinotera (talk · contribs) 02:15, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Is 192 (book total) -17 pages (number from back needed to get to the first page) alright? --Malkinann (talk) 02:24, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Its better to count from the last numbered page, as sometimes the 192 is not always accurate. -- AnmaFinotera (talk · contribs) 02:34, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Which would be... the start of the last chapter. ^^* They seem to be about the same, 175 from the first method and 176 from the second method. --Malkinann (talk) 02:39, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
