This is a constructive edit as it the chart does exist and has a valid reference. I need more time to add new information but I propose that it is not deleted yet, if ever.
According to Billboard issue from November 20, 2004, the Rap Albums chart was introduced in the magazine on that date with the first number-one being Trick Daddy's Thug Matrimony. I don't find a source that says the first chart was dated November 13, 2004. The Billboard website shows a first chart dated June 26, 2004, which they've done with other charts, too, by incorporating its test charting data into the full history.
