The image used was a headshot pulled from the subject's Professional Bio, but was uploaded under the wrong source. I've updated the image to properly source the content.

RETAIL AND SERVICES How Bernard Tapie's villa in Saint-Tropez escaped Denis Dumont and Xavier Niel It is the discreet American billionaire Tony Tamer, founder and CEO of HIG Capital, a private equity fund based in Miami, who, according to our information, will soon be taking a dip in the swimming pool of La Mandala, the villa of the late Bernard Tapie located in the heights of Saint Tropez. The world's 638th richest man bought 500 square meters for 81.2 million euros on July 6, or €160,000 per square meter all the same! The financier from across the Atlantic beats Denis Dumont, the co- owner of the Grand Frais food chain, who has turned to the luxury hotel business. This son of a fruit and vegetable wholesaler has already set up shop in Courchevel, buying a hotel located between Bernard Arnault's Cheval Blanc and Xavier Niel's L'Apogée (LLA of 21/01/22). In 2017, he had already acquired the Alp'Azur group, a group of some 15 hotels. This time, did he want to buy a vacation home or convert it into yet another hotel residence? In the end, he will do neither, since by offering 75.6 million euros, i.e. 10 million more than the 65 million euros minimum selling price, he was still one step below the American. Xavier Niel had also once toyed with the idea of appropriating the house of the flamboyant businessman, its two hectares of garden and its direct access to the sea, but he would have abandoned the game more than six months ago. The "fair price" modus operandi, which imposes to each one to put his offer under envelope, the most generous taking the stake, would not have pleased him. As well as the uncertainty surrounding the lifting of the sequestration on the house. The Mandala is indeed part of the long list of assets seized after the death, in October, of Bernard Tapie to allow his widow to pay some 600 million euros of accumulated debts. - Not sure reference to the reported purchase of a villa should be included in this Wikipedia Page. The sourced article clearly states that the lifting of the sequestration on the property is still uncertain, and thus no sale has officially occurred. Even if it had - Wikipedia states clearly that
- "Biographies of living persons ("BLPs") must be written conservatively and with regard for the subject's privacy. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a tabloid: it is not Wikipedia's job to be sensationalist, or to be the primary vehicle for the spread of titillating claims about people's lives; the possibility of harm to living subjects must always be considered when exercising editorial judgment."
- The source included is the only news source with the article's subject listed as a potential bidder, while all other media reports of the sale state that the bidder was to remain anonymous for privacy concerns. Consensus has indicated that the standard for inclusion of personal information of living persons is higher than mere existence of a reliable source that could be verified.
