TN Entertainment vs TN Nation Entertainment
[edit]I don't know if the company started as TN Entertainment and then re-branded or if people just got it wrong, but the company is called TN Nation Entertainment - as evident by their official company site. 68.36.254.123 (talk) 00:19, 9 February 2016 (UTC)

Tony Ahn → Tony An – Romanization of the subject of this article's surname are split between "Ahn" and "An".
English-language reliable (non-machine translated) sources using "An": The Korea Times, The Korea Herald, Korea JoongAng Daily, The Star (Malaysia)
English-language reliable (non-machine translated) sources using "Ahn": The Korea Times, Yonhap News Agency, Korea JoongAng Daily, KBS,
WP:NCKO-NAME states that in the event there is no clear consensus on Romanization amongst English-language reliable sources, to defer to the subject's personal preference.
The subject's personal preference appears to be "An", given that is the name he's chosen to use on his social media profiles, official YouTube channel, Spotify Artist page, etc. It's also how the name is romanized on all of his album covers.
In this case, as there is a split in sources between Ahn/An (even sometimes within the same publication), we should defer to the subject's personal preference, which is "An".
Note this article was previously titled "Tony An" for 15 years from 2005 until 2020, when it was boldly moved undiscussed to its current title. RachelTensions (talk) 20:29, 11 January 2025 (UTC)
