It is a very Great article, but needs an Infobox and minor editing to become a B Class.

Thanks for the comment. I've now added an Infobox and will be doing some more work on this article.

Needs a re-assessment

After giving this one read through, I would suggest this be bumped up to B class immediately, and entered for the review for higher classification. This thoroughly covers the subject -- in fact more thoroughly than any academic survey of French colonialism I've ever read. The illustrations are wonderful: a real treasure trove.

Of course I'm not a member of any of the reviewing projects covering this area, but I would hope passersby who are will take a careful look at this article. T L Miles (talk) 01:32, 6 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
