Little Golden Book
[edit]There was a Little Golden Book based on this film. I remember that my father took us to see the film after my mother had read the book to us. I think I supposed that they'd made a film from the book. Now, I take it that it's the other way round. I do remember that it struck me that the illustrations in that book seemed rather more photographic than in most other Little Golden Books. So I guess they came from the film. The film starred Sal Mineo, by the way. 140.147.236.194 (talk) 16:43, 2 February 2011 (UTC)Stephen Kosciesza
- My research says that the film/book were based on a story called "Comanche; the Story of America's Most Heroic Horse" by one David H. Appel. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 140.147.236.194 (talk) 16:46, 2 February 2011 (UTC)
