Extremely suspicious edit.

[edit]

Excuse me, I do not mean to be contentious with this, especially given the content of the article, but a certain removal of content is continuing to be made by a certain user and I find it extremely suspicious. The material itself seems to be not only relevant, but also properly sourced. Perhaps if there's a good reason for it, why don't we discuss the repeated removal in here before getting into a revert war? OrangeJacketGuy (talk) 00:35, 24 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Edits for neutral point of view

[edit]

I just made a number of edits, especially to the lead, to make this read more like an encyclopedia article and less like a campaign website bio. Removed several superlatives (like his mother's preschool was "very successful"), changed the lead to more neutral descriptors (board certified whatever is not necessary - changed to "retired physician"; "small-businessman" is redundant when you already have "developer," which is what his "small business" actually is, right? changed to "commercial real-estate developer"). Removed "one of three major candidates" for "a candidate" - "one of three major" is a judgment call. Moved his LDS mission and medical school up to "Early life and education" (I added "education" there). His LDS Mission isn't part of his medical career. There's plenty more that can be done. --Mattybwustl (talk) 23:03, 24 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

His campaign website can't in good conscience be a source for anything substantive in the article. Just my two cents.2600:100E:B11F:D39F:F5D0:8540:CE:E704 (talk) 06:12, 15 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
