- I have been trying to figure this out from all angles myself. I'd expect to see either article mention the school name and neither does. Nor do any of the schools in Bayonne list either of these individuals as attendees. Nor can I find a source that mentions either as attending a specific Catholic school. I don't doubt it's true but I'm stumped. Alansohn (talk) 14:57, 13 November 2008 (UTC)
- I supposed I could just ask De Haven, but that will take some time, and the issue isn't that critical. I will look into it. I am awaiting a freely-offered image of the author, as per my request yesterday. I am sure he won't have a problem; he seems like a nice sort. - Arcayne (cast a spell) 15:16, 13 November 2008 (UTC)

If we break it up - Tom De Haven (born 1949) is an American author, editor, journalist and film and television writer. He is perhaps best known for his novels. He also has written essays, literary articles and film noir screenplays. He has written about the Hollywood studio system but is most well known for his Derby Dugan trilogy about American comic strips. His eighth novel is It's Superman. But I have no idea if that is what was intended. Oh bye the way best known kinda implies one thing. Best known for A also known for B, C and D. Nitpyck (talk) 06:53, 26 February 2010 (UTC)
