So far as I can tell from the website, the official title is Tolpuddle Martyrs' Festival (with apostrophe, capital F, but no "and Rally"). So, I've belatedly moved the article to that title. Ghmyrtle (talk) 15:24, 17 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
