If you mean the one in the middle of the page (underneath the irritatingly scrolling text...), I'm afraid you can't. It's a copyright image belonging to the college and cannot be used here. You can take a picture and upload it here, but if you do you license it for use by anyone else. It remains your picture, but you are allowing anyone to make whatever use they want, basically. The thing is that Wikipedia is licensed under CC-BY-SA 3.0 for re-use by anyone, so anything put in here must also be free of restriction. It is possible to get copyright things licensed to us, but it would have to be the college doing that - it's far easier to get your camera out and take a new picture. If you read WP:COPYVIO and WP:FAIRUSE, you'll get an idea. Sometimes, there is no choice (other than getting your camera out and stalking someone, then uploading the pic when the police let you go...), and using an image belonging to someone else is the only thing. FAIRUSE tells you about this, especially in the pale blue box, which is the official policy. A good place to enquire about copyright matters is User talk:Moonriddengirl. She is probably our top person on copyright. If you can possibly find pics that are licensed under CC-BY-SA 3.0, do so. CC-BY-NC-SA is no good, as it excludes commercial use - Wikipedia is free for commercial use. Get a set of links (not too many) and ask Moonriddengirl. Give her time to answer; she can be quite busy. I'll leave the helpme up in case an image expert sees it. Peridon (talk) 12:03, 27 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
See also WP:NFCCEG for more places to ask questions. Don't be in a rush for answers. Most of us are purely volunteers, and those few that do work for the Wikimedia Foundation edit here as volunteers outside their job time. Peridon (talk) 12:09, 27 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
There's nothing you can do regarding Indian politicians, if they are living, short of taking the picture yourself, or finding an already freely-licensed or public domain image. The Non-free content criteria, Wikipedia's internal policy for complying with fair use law, is quite strictly construed. In almost all cases, non-free images of a living person cannot be used because they cannot meet the first criterion: "no free equivalent is available, or could be created, that would serve the same encyclopedic purpose..." For living people, since a picture can be taken it is considered replaceable. There are rare exceptions to this which I won't get into since they are not going to be applicable for the topic.--Fuhghettaboutit (talk) 12:19, 27 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
