I've fully protected this article and Jaanus Sorokin for 1 month. I ask those involved in the dispute to start a new RFC at Wikipedia talk:Manual of Style/Baltic states-related articles so that this issue can be resolved. If, after the protection expires, anyone reverts or changes where Tallinn is located (absent a clear consensus) they will be blocked.
