address and coords

What is the address of this place? I put in the contributing property infobox just now, which currently includes coordinates that apply for the Todd Historic District, so are somewhere close, but not precise. They're good enough for showing the location of this place on the North Carolina state map. But, could someone identify the actual address and more precise coordinates for this place?

Also, the NRHP nomination document for the Historic district would have detailed information about this property, and would be a useful reference for this article. It can be obtained for free by request to the National Register of Historic Places.
