Topical?

[edit]

Evaluate Ghazali 2022 (PMID 36299879) for topical application for skin health. David notMD (talk) 11:37, 22 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Frontiers in Pharmacology is a journal published by Frontiers Media, which per the Wikipedia article, might be considered a publisher of 'predatory' journals. The bias against 'predatory' journals is that those are accused of publishing submitted manuscripts with minimal to no expert editoral evaluation as long as the submitting authors pay for publication. For this reason I decided to not add the Ghazali article and reference to the Tocotrienol article. David notMD (talk) 14:18, 17 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Removal of mostly primary material

[edit]

I have reverted Sukhleen mallan's edits because many of the sources he added were primary sources and fail WP:MEDRS. Please add a good review if you are going to cite content about health claims from controlled trials. Psychologist Guy (talk) 10:53, 30 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Also note websites like this blog are unreliable [1] Psychologist Guy (talk) 10:55, 30 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, thanks for your contributions on tocotrienol page. You reverted my edits and made me learn, dig and explore more on the wikipedia edit guidelines. Being a beginner on this platform, that was insightful for me. Thanks , No Offense! :-) I will work on my mistakes Sukhleen mallan (talk) 14:24, 31 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
