Untitled
[edit]This article needs significant expansion. Am looking into some sources. Also, the drawing has numbered locations with no references or explanations. Alcmaeonid 20:04, 18 June 2007 (UTC)
- I agree - there is no mention of the important EBA rundbau nor of the LHIIIC and later lower town. --5telios 22:38, 19 August 2007 (UTC)
This article is badly written and is hard to follow. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.121.31.36 (talk) 09:22, 17 October 2012 (UTC)
Coordinates
[edit]I noticed the inconsistent coordinates for Tiryns and found they both disagreed with the coordinates given on Wikimapia. The site in Wikimapia looks exactly like the site in the site plan in this article, so I've changed both coordinates to agree with Wikimapia. SteveMcCluskey (talk) 22:23, 7 December 2007 (UTC)
REvision
[edit]The article was quite a mess. Repeated info, inconsistent sectioning etc. Hope it's OK now. --'''Attilios''' (talk) 10:23, 27 May 2013 (UTC)
Doubt
[edit]Someone questions the validity of the following statement: " In 468 BC Argos completely destroyed both Mycenae (no it didn't; Andrewes (Phoenix 1952) and Forrest (CQ 1960) both date the Argive siege of Mycenae after the Spartan earthquake of 465) "
As this shouldn't be part of the article, I added the Source template. Hopefully someone with more knowledge on the topic can respond. .marc. (talk) 11:11, 29 September 2014 (UTC)
