[edit]I added the coord for Winnipeg. I have since found out it was located at the T of King Street and StellaSelkirk Avenue. I don't know how accurate the coords need to be, and don't know how to get them from google maps.--Canoe1967 (talk) 03:11, 4 June 2012 (UTC)
- Stella doesn't T or cross King street. That source may have the two mixed up. I will try and set the correct location now.--Canoe1967 (talk) 16:58, 4 June 2012 (UTC)

external links
[edit]Would it be possible to do a direct link to these two pdf. articles in the Tin Can Cathedral wikipedia external links, so that when you click on them they go directly to these articles like in Google?
Martynowych, Orest T., The Seraphimite, Independent Greek, Presbyterian and United Churches
Yereniuk, Roman, A Short Historical Outline of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Canada
Thank you, N.M.Nicola Mitchell (talk) 14:40, 17 December 2012 (UTC)
Are those the two pdf? There is a way to shorten the links. I will see if I can find it.--Canoe1967 (talk) 20:21, 17 December 2012 (UTC)
- I think I found the right two links. See where you can shorten the names?--Canoe1967 (talk) 20:44, 17 December 2012 (UTC)
Yes, these are the right links for the two articles. I opened them. Could you do this shortened connection for me, as I don't have the technical skill? So that when they are clicked on in external links in Tin Can Cathedral, they'll go straight to these articles? Thank you, N.M.Nicola Mitchell (talk) 21:39, 18 December 2012 (UTC)
Done--Canoe1967 (talk) 21:53, 18 December 2012 (UTC)
Thank you for this. N.M.Nicola Mitchell (talk) 12:42, 19 December 2012 (UTC)
- You are very welcome. I also fixed the layout of this talk page.--Canoe1967 (talk) 21:40, 29 December 2012 (UTC)
Missing information?
[edit]The title of this article mentions a cathedral. The article itself doesn't. It goes on about the Ukranian community and doesn't bother to explain the cathedral mentioned in the title. What was this cathedral? Was it really a church build with tin cans? And if so, why? How was it build? Was there an architect? When was it build? How long did it take to build it? When was it demolished? And why? LeeGer (talk) 09:05, 14 September 2014 (UTC)
independent cathedral
[edit]What does "independent" mean in the sentence "This church was across the street from the independent Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral of St. Vladimir and Olga on McGregor Street"?--Richardson mcphillips (talk) 11:39, 24 October 2016 (UTC)
- It emphasizes that the Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral was not part of the Roman Catholic church headed by Langevin. Nicola Mitchell (talk) 14:28, 3 November 2016 (UTC)
