remember the 2000 presidential election
[edit]One or more network(s) erroneously announced that polls were closed in Florida. The problem is that this announcement came when polls in the Central-Time-Zone part of Florida were still open (they opened and closed 1 hour later than in the rest of the state because of that time difference). Some people didn't realize that Florida has both an Atlantic Coast and part of the state in Central Time Zone. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.63.16.20 (talk • contribs) 17:12, 3 June 2014
