[edit]I reverted mention of an existing relationship status based on a 2012 interview on a blog that qualifies under WP:ABOUTSELF since it is a claim about a third party. @Erpert: wrote that they have been in a relationship since 2010. A 2012 interview cannot verify anything beyond 2012. Also you need third party reliable and independent sources to acknowledge relationship status, not an interview of just one side. Morbidthoughts (talk) 01:33, 12 March 2015 (UTC)
- So you think the year is wrong, and instead of simply changing the year, you delete the whole thing? And where's the source that says they aren't still dating? Erpert blah, blah, blah... 01:41, 12 March 2015 (UTC)
- So you ignored the last sentence. It takes two people to be in a relationship, and you either need acknowledgement from both or a reliable source that verifies it. Morbidthoughts (talk) 01:45, 12 March 2015 (UTC)
- And your proof that the source isn't reliable is where, again? Erpert blah, blah, blah... 06:47, 14 March 2015 (UTC)
- The burden of proof is actually on you. You tell us how that wordpress site and the specific author[1] is a shining example of reliability. Morbidthoughts (talk) 17:30, 14 March 2015 (UTC)
- I notice that you didn't actually answer my question (or the first question either, for that matter). You really need to stop using the same argument just because you disagree with something. The reference I posted was perfectly in line with WP:V. Find a real way to prove that they are no longer together or else I am reinstating the info. Erpert blah, blah, blah... 22:47, 14 March 2015 (UTC)
- Because it's a legitimate argument based on policy per WP:BLPREQUESTRESTORE. You just want a battle to re-add it without consensus. Morbidthoughts (talk) 23:21, 14 March 2015 (UTC)
- Battle? Sorry, I don't do that. Anyway, I just added sources from both sides that confirms the relationship and I could find nothing that debunks it, so now maybe you can chill with the wikilawyering. Erpert blah, blah, blah... 07:53, 15 March 2015 (UTC)
- You had to use Ponante's gossip site? No, that's not good enough and neither is adultfyi if you want to reach for that. It's clear you can't gauge the reliability of a site. Wikipedia is not porn People Magazine even if they did have a relationship. Morbidthoughts (talk) 09:36, 15 March 2015 (UTC)

- Dear God, Erpert, stop wasting everybody's time. This is a well-settled issue, on basic BLP principles. Morbidthoughts's initial post here was exactly on target. The same issue has come up, over and over, with regard to celebrity gossip, and the position you take has been uniformly rejected.
