• Reference 2 is an interview on Business in Vancouver, a business news site; non-substantial
• Reference 3 is about participation in the Dartmouth men's squash team
• Reference 4 is an article on thesoftwarereport.com - a reasonable history of his business achievements.

• Reference 5 is somewhat MOS:PEACOCK, promoting the School of Business rather than Vipond.

• Reference 6 talks about repeat business and gross revenue up 89%; it does not talk about the bid to take over Osisko Mining. Confusing.
• Reference 7 is advertising material for Sauder School Of Business; Vipond gets a mention. is all.
• Reference 8 is Linked In, (a dead link). Linked in is considered a user generated source and is self-sourced: See WP:SELFSOURCE and WP:ABOUTSELF
• Reference 9 is a website for a company founded by Vipond. It is not about Vipond himself.
• Reference 10 is about CFI and the training courses founded by Vipond. It is promotional in nature.

• The article narrates the subject's career as an investment banker and financial analyst who founded a financial investment institute.
