Major

[edit]

He was originally a business major. He did study some English lit. [1] and perhaps he switched? JJL (talk) 03:57, 24 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Can you provide a citation for that assertion, whether to the student newspaper or some other source? I thought that the passage on his website that you link to shows only that he took at least one English lit course, so I removed the anon's statement that he majored in English lit, but I couldn't find anything to support the assertion in previous versions of our article that he was a business major. Why no mention of progression of the ALS???????

[edit]

The guy has to use an eye tracking device to communicate. You don't have to like the guy, but Golly Willikers! All you mention is a building a management company is running for him--I know nothing of it, so I don't have any opinions on that. I just saw them touting a new book on TV. He is trapped in his head and uses eye movements to communicate and write. I would say that -- that is something worthy of mention. It is an egregious lack of information. It is also why Wiki isn't a source for information that is about anything which is a part of public discourse as juveniles take over the page.
