While a ticket usually does refer to a political party, they are not legally the same.
The word legally doesn't quite make sense here. Maybe necessarily might work better, unless someone can demonstrate what part of legal code or the constitution this refers to. --Henryxmartin (talk) 20:25, 1 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
