Contested deletion
[edit]This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because this talks about a subsidiary unit of the Gulf Medical University, on of the most prominent research-based medical universities in the Middle East region. Moreover, as a independent chain of family clinics, Thumbay Clinics are fast expanding in the UAE, both in terms of reach & popularity. This is much similar to the page: https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Tartu_University_Clinic , which is allowed by wikipedia. --217.165.242.99 (talk) 05:26, 2 November 2015 (UTC)
- @Diannaa:, I've declined this since the sources are enough to where some notability is asserted. This is more of an AfD type of article, although offhand I'd probably recommend just redirecting this to the main article for the company itself, where it could probably be summed up in a few sentences fairly neatly. - Redirect is sensible - every subsidiary of a group does not justify an article and a bit expansion with references would help establish the notability of the group.Peter Rehse 19:34, 2 November 2015 (UTC)
