[edit]

The article states "It is less than 1-foot (0.30 m) long and weighs just 1.7 ounces (48 g)" whilst Shrew article states "All shrews are comparatively small, most no larger than a mouse. The largest species is the Asian house shrew (Suncus murinus) of tropical Asia, which is about 15 cm long and weighs around 100 grams". So this shrew is twice the size and half the weight? 109.153.2.212 (talk) 23:49, 25 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I read your first quote as stating that this shrew is less than one foot long, and as noting that one foot is equivalent to thirty hundredths of a meter. Taking into account the quote from the Shrew article, I suppose that hero shrews must be less than fifteen centimeters long. Certainly, it would be nice to be able to display a more precise value for the length. Uyer (talk) 04:15, 3 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
