It's unclear whether an article will ultimately be needed here (at least a U.S. Supreme Court case article). Arguments haven't been set yet and this page could turn into a redirect (or an article providing coverage of the lower courts' decisions). Merge[edit]

Due to the fact that this case was merged with NFIB v. Sebelius by the Supreme Court, and this case is not substantial enough on its own to justify a separate article, I propose the article be merged. Kari Hazzard (T | C) 21:15, 28 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
