I do not know how to reference material from Wikipedia commons for Marten van Heemskerck.--Filll 03:38, 22 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Date of death

[edit]

Cannot be both 1826 and 1865. 1865 would make him 117 years old, not very likely. Are there two Thomas Kerrichs mixed in here? Chris the speller 03:38, 15 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Good eye. I have to check those dates. Something is definitely amiss!!--Filll 03:41, 15 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I took out what looked like reference to a different thomas kerrich. This needs more work--Filll 03:55, 15 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The Thomas Kerrich here 1748-1828 is the second cousin of Thomas Kerrich (1748-1802) the builder of Geldeston Hall. Unfortunately the portrait here is of the latter. A good portrait of the former is here https://www.npg.org.uk/collections/search/portrait/mw42371/Thomas-Kerrich Rdwarre57 (talk) 08:14, 25 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
