Comments:
- The prose need some work. Although the lead is supposed to contain information from the sections, it is a bit too much to read almost verbatim the first paragraph at the third paragraph. Further, the background contains five sentences all beginning with "This Time Around". Granted that this is the name of the song, improvements should be made to the prose to eliminate so much repetition.
- This article seems a bit thin on content. Is there no more information that can be added?
- Unfortunately, no more information can be added to the article because the song was released outside of the US and only charted on component charts, it was not promoted on things like concert tours, it did not have a music video and I have not been able to find reliable sources stating that Jackson or Biggie ever discussed the song (i.e. the song's inspiration, working together, etc). Summary: There are some minor issues mentioned above that can be easily fixed through a good copy edit. The article appears to be a bit thin on actual content, and any additional content will be helpful to make this article more complete. I will allow up to seven days for improvements to be made, before making any further decisions.
Final summary: Thank you for all your work. I am now satisfied that the article meets all the requirements to be a Good Article. Well done.
Wrong credits
[edit]This song wasn't co-written by Christopher Wallace and Bruce Swedien. Wallace performed the song with Michael, but didn't write the lyrics. Swedien didn't have to do anything with it at all. To be sure, I looked it up in the BMI Repetoire database, where all of Michael's songs are registered, and also at Discogs, which had already been added as a source link at the bottom of the article page. Both sources tell me I'm right. DucoAMJ (talk) 17:54, 13 June 2010 (UTC)
Wallace did write the verse he performs on the song. OdensGod (talk) 17:03, 14 July 2022 (UTC)
