The renaming is not required as the temple is referred as Tiruparthanpalli. The tourist guides append 'temple' clause, which may not be right in the context. All these temples are inside the village Tirunangur - the temple name may be misleading & might indicate village names, but it is not the case. This same like the 'Vinnagaram' temples.
