[edit]BRITISH VICTORY:
IT WAS A BRITISH VICTORY SPAIN PULLED OUT AFTER BEING REPELLED ABOUT FIVE TIMES
- On July 23 an armistice was signed between Colonel Roche and Marquis de la Torre according to which the military operations were suspended until the ratification of the preliminaries of the general peace and both armies remained in their positions.--ElBufon (talk) 08:33, 25 April 2010 (UTC)

[edit]This notation appears so many times that it breaks up the flow of many of the quotes (seven times in two sentences in the "Reinforcements Arrive" section.) Given that archaisms aren't a big surprise in this context, is it necessary to mark every one? RCTN (talk) 15:36, 16 August 2012 (UTC)
