How was the wage and price freeze a 'liberal' policy??

Sorry, that sentence referred to CER, which was 'liberal' in the economic context. It really needs to come at the end of the paragraph, as it needs to be quantified (i.e. it should be noted that it wasn't Muldoon who intiated the negotiations, and he fought hard against other moves to deregulate, such as in land transport in 1982, and tax cuts in 83). --Lholden 04:02, 24 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
