Contract
[edit]@Beagel: "decision of contraction" is not very English. Do you mean that the contract was placed to build the station? Or perhaps you meant the project was put out to tender. SpinningSpark 19:31, 24 June 2018 (UTC)
- The source says that because of the shortage of electricity and heating in the northern part of Moscow, decision was made to build the power station. It does not specify by whom this decision was made but that time in the Soviet Union everything was centrally planned, so no tender or no contract in 1980s. Beagel (talk) 20:00, 24 June 2018 (UTC)
