- He authored a popular casebook in his field of law - I believe he passes the notable professor test; the fact that he is the MLB arbitrator for disputes between teams, agents, and some of its most noted players (Curt Schilling, Darryl Strawberry, Sandy Alomar Jr.) is also significant. bd2412 T 13:28, 4 April 2006 (UTC)
