Assessment

[edit]

The article is disorganized and unreferenced. It needs cleanup and referencing to be promoted. -- Ssilvers (talk) 05:04, 3 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Tams-Witmark, the rights' owner for this adaptation, lists the title as The Wizard Of Oz. I know convention for titles is to not capitalize 'of', etc., but the author (or owner) is the final say. Should this version be referenced accordingly? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.105.4.89 (talk) 17:45, 26 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article is at least Start class. Re: the capitalization of "Of", that is merely typography. Our WP:MOS indicates that the title should be written as a normal English title unless the authors have specifically directed otherwise, as in [title of show], and even then we modify the style in the article's name. -- Ssilvers (talk) 17:03, 24 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please don't just slap on a tag. Tell us here what words you find to be promotional in nature, and we can write them more neutrally. I'm not sure what you're referring to. -- Ssilvers (talk) 19:58, 14 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
