Linking

Wikipedia:Manual of Style (linking)#Repeated links says that "exceptions, including the following: (...) "tables, as each row should stand on its own". This means that each row (across) should be linked. The reason for this is if I linked to somewhere like The West Wing (season 7)#ep147 one shouldn't have to scroll up to find the links.
