"Chinese fashion"
[edit]The article refers to getting married "Chinese fashion".
What is this "Chinese fashion"? A quick web search turned up nothing.

- This is the undefined term which is used in the film's intertitles. I suspect it means a marriage in China which would not be acknowledged in the USA (as seems to be the case, since there is no hint Allen is regarded as a bigamist), possibly due to then-current Anti-miscegenation laws.
