This story is virtually the same as one from the recent series of Silent Witness (http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/List_of_Silent_Witness_episodes#Series_13:_2010), Voids, in which the two patholigists argued about whether a fall down stairs was murder or an accident and whther or not the husband was responsible.
