John Corabi

[edit]

What's with adding John Corabi to the Mötley Crüe personnel over and over again? I can't find any proof or evidence that he is coming back to the band and I have no doubt that Vince Neil will still be in the band by the time I see them in about a week or two. It would be nice if someone either protects this page or blocks that anonymous user who is continuously adding Corabi to the personnel and removing the hidden note. Thanks. 172.115.220.121 (talk) 15:10, 22 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I've noticed that too. Because the IP is vandalizing on different IPs (ala IP hopping), I might need to request for the article to be protected if it continues. I don't think reporting the IP will do anything. HorrorLover555 (talk) 17:29, 22 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Attendance numbers/revenue

[edit]

The section around attendance and revenue for each show is completely unsourced. Where did this information come from? Ameltzer (talk) 02:50, 2 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

2023 dates

[edit]

Hello, trying to reach a consensus about the 2023 Latin America/Europe dates. It is noted by some that these are an extension of The Stadium Tour and I understand that argument as it is the same billed bands, however both Mötley Crüe and Def Leppard have this down as "The World Tour" on their websites: [1]https://www.motley.com/world-tour-2022 and [2]https://www.defleppard.com/tour/. As you can see from Leppard's own tour page they have an archival section for past dates and The Stadium Tour is a past event. The announcement that the band's made via YouTube calls this "The World Tour" [3]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F2bTpnE1QIk: "We had an incredible time playing The Stadium Tour in North America this summer and we truly can't wait to take the show around the globe with The WORLD Tour in 2023. Crüeheads in Latin America and Europe: Get ready!!" Should a new page be created for the 2023 dates under "The World Tour"? I updated Crue's page under tour's using these new dates as The World Tour. Just want to be sure I'm doing the right thing but also want to hear others opinions on this. Thanks. EmmaJL5 15:58, 1 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I'm good either way, but I'd like to see an established consensus. The argument for keeping it the same is that some of the advertisements for The World Tour seem to refer to it as The Stadium Tour going around the world, like a new leg (the way the Stones went on the Steel Wheels Tour and then on the Urban Jungle Tour). At the same time, given that it's a new name, some would argue it's automatically a new thing. I'm fine with it either way. YouCanDoBetter (talk) 19:39, 1 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
