I believe Ulises Garcia is the great-grandson of Peter McCullough. Peter and Maria have a daughter named Adelina, who visits J.A. McCullough and is rebuffed. Adelina's birth certificate is found by Ulises. It is this birth certificate that lists Peter McCullough as the father. Thus, Ulises is the great-grandson of Peter, and J.A. is the granddaughter of Peter.
