The Tin Drum

Schlöndorff's film of The Tin Drum only covered part of Günter Grass's novel of the same name. It was the latter part of that book, not the entire Danzig Trilogy, that he had hoped to film. I also removed the word "masterpiece"; I happen to agree, but it's a value judgment that doesn't belong here. 850 C (talk) 13:14, 11 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
