I'm leaning towards not including this film with the Demons 3 title with prominence. The film was not made with the intention of being a third Demons film. For example, several films have been developed as Demons 3 (such as The Church which is covered in that article. As it was not created to be part of the series (and has no connection outside being directed by Lamberto Bava), the title should probably not be changed. Thoughts?
