Cover

The cover scan that I added was represented as the 1st edition, 2nd printing. I'm unsure if a true 1st printing would have a different cover. However, the mention of an award on the cover makes me suspicious that the 1st printing may indeed be different cover.--Rtrace 17:01, 12 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Plot

I recall Melanie returning home in the rain with the chopped up swan under her coat. In a dark twist is seems it is actually Francie that she has dismembered. I haven't seen my copy of this book in many decades, so I can't confirm. But if I'm correct it should be in the plot section. All the best: Rich Farmbrough 15:20, 19 October 2024 (UTC).[reply]
