Remove the line on Hindutva Conspiracy Theory of Love Jihad in the opening pharagraph. It is extremely misleading to say Conspiracy Theory when it is an issue rampant in many countries beyond India. 2400:79E0:8070:D877:5A5:A306:C203:CE83 (talk) 02:47, 15 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Kerala story is based on true events

Most Hindi films underperform in South India.

[edit]

Please clarify the fact that vast majority of Hindi films do less business in South India than Kerala Story. South Indians don’t speak Hindi and they’ve their own cinema industry so Hindi films generally don’t do well in South India. Please clarify that. [edit]

The film underperformed in South India is incorrect because it performed better than most hindi films in South India. So this must either be clarified or removed. It’s deceiving to say a Hindi film underperformed in South India because people on South India don’t usually watch Hindi films. Yasarhossain07 (talk) 22:53, 23 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Modification of opiniated statement

[edit]

The below statement sounds very opiniated - "Marketed as a true story, the film is premised on the Hindutva conspiracy theory of "love jihad", and falsely claims that thousands of Hindu women from Kerala have been converted to Islam and recruited in the Islamic State."

It should be changed to - "Marketed as a true story, the film is premised on the extensively debated theory of "love jihad", and claims that thousands of Hindu women from Kerala have been converted to Islam and recruited in the Islamic State." 42.104.216.104 (talk) 13:52, 4 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
