It seems like the redirection may be incorrect? I searched for The Independent Journal Review (wanting to assess the independence of http://www.ijreview.com) and was redirected to this article which appears to be about http://www.independent.org

The Reception section looks like it was written by a fan or directly taken from TIR. I will be making changes to this in the near future.
