Why is the part about Cliff Burton and the bass solo included in the Meaning section? ArdClose (talk) 10:21, 28 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know. It probally shouldn't be there at all. RandySavageFTW (talk) 15:21, 28 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion

[edit]

I think we should discuss this deletion a bit first. I removed the tag because I think the info on this article is definable in a sense, and reflects an important theme. I also believe a tad more can be written about Christian Science and a section from an interview with James Hetfield. Any thoughts? ArdClose (talk) 03:39, 8 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No way, this article needs to stay. I found it in a google search for "the god who failed" and though it is a short article it is the best one and the number 1 hit for that query. so leave it.Jesse James Shoot 14:37, 21 September 2008 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jesse Jaimes (talkcontribs) [reply]

The article fails to emphasize the actual meaning of the song, which is Hetfield's SPECIFIC disapproval of the God of Christian Science. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.164.44.66 (talk) 14:05, 24 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If that's true, get some sources for it and add it in then. ArdClose (talk) 20:02, 25 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
