Article was assessed at Stub Class. For comparison consider the following criteria:

Start class:

  • Green tickY A reasonably complete infobox
    - missing formation year
  • Red XN A lead section giving an overview of the artist/band
    - Current Lead barely introduces artist/band. More details needed
  • Red XN Reference to band's primary members and instrumentation
  • Red XN Categorisation at least by main genre and origin
    - missing origin, e.g. Queensland musical groups; missing genre, e.g. Australian folk musicians

C-class:

  • Red XN All the start class criteria
  • Red XN A reasonably complete infobox, including record labels and years active
    - years active? Other associated acts/record labels?
  • Red XN At least one section of prose (in addition to the lead section)
    - History of band members prior to formation, since formation including clear link to associated acts
  • Red XN A discography of studio albums and singles
    - Are all the items in the discography studio albums? Do they have any singles?
  • Green tickY Reliable independent in-line references supporting claims
  • Green tickY A casual reader should learn something about the artist

B-class:

  • Red XN All the C-class criteria
  • Red XN A completed infobox, including photo (were available) and most technical details
  • Red XN A full list of band membership, including instrumentation and time span with the band
  • Red XN A full discography including charting history (or a link to such an article)
  • Red XN No obvious issues with sourcing, including the use of blatantly improper sources
    – references need wikifying e.g. use ((cite news)), all sources used need to be reliable
  • Red XN No significant issues exist to hamper readability, although it may not rigorously follow WP:MOS
    – article appears to be largely the artist's discography with little else. For the casual reader, describe: How does a 'musical collective' differ from a band/group? What is 'an open mic night'? (wikilinks may help)
  • Red XN No obvious omissions, but also no obvious extraneous information – such as "trivia"
    – Lead section needs beefing up. A History section (or similar) needed: no information on background of band prior to current existence, little detail of associated act(s) other than infobox.

Evaluation based on WikiProject Biography Assessment Quality scale. Please update this list when the article meets any of the above criteria, changing the article's class assessment as appropriate. Last reviewed by – Shaidar cuebiyar (talk) 22:28, 10 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
