Ordering of article sections

After the very brief (two sentence) introduction the entry immediately jumps to the the racial controversy surrounding this work.

I think that this unsectioned block of text deserves to be placed in its own category, "Controversy" (a category title widely used on Wikipedia). I also don't think it should be the first section either but further down in the article after the more fundamental/descriptive information sections have been covered.
