Character and object lists

The character and object lists here are going to be kept to significant, recurring characters and objects. Not every Monumental needs a mention either, there are only a handful which make more than one appearance, namely the Turtle, the Ray and the Kraken. nor does every character who appears, there are plenty of one-off characters.
