Name
[edit]They were never called Velvet-Love Entertainment.SexyAirEagle 23:22, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
- I believe that name was used on TNA's official website, but on-screen. Gavyn Sykes (talk) 00:07, 29 May 2008 (UTC)
New Stable Name?
[edit]Is their new name (I think it was some Greek letters + sexy sorority) worth putting down? Or should we wait until or if they are all called that again? Ryan556 (talk) 10:55, 13 March 2009 (UTC)
- Wait until it becomes official. They are just teasing it at the moment.--WillC 03:23, 14 March 2009 (UTC)
Stable status
[edit]As mentioned on the Angel Williams article, she appears to still be working for TNA, and is still apparently a member of The Beautiful People. I suggest because of the likeleyhood of her still being employed by the company, but not being listed on the roster, the article state that the Stable is still active, but the future of the stable is in question. It is possible she will stop appearing after the PPV. Sephiroth storm (talk) 03:40, 11 September 2009 (UTC)
- The status is still active; among other things I won't go into - TV hasn't caught up to Love being fired and the current angle (tourney) still isn't finished so they are active. Tony2Times (talk) 04:03, 11 September 2009 (UTC)
- Because of Impact! being taped. Plus Rayne will be forgiven next week and become a member again. They are no where near dead at this point in time.--WillC 04:19, 11 September 2009 (UTC)
- That too, I was just trying to avoid giving away spoilers. Tony2Times (talk) 12:39, 11 September 2009 (UTC)

- On talk pages, spoilers don't really matter, on the article I would have a problem with. :p In any case, should Madison Rayne be added? Sephiroth storm (talk) 01:17, 18 September 2009 (UTC)
- If it hasn't aired (I don't have cable or satellite, so I have to wait for it to be uploaded to YouTube. So for now I use live results pages), no. TJ Spyke 01:20, 18 September 2009 (UTC)
- It has now, the live coverage on PWTorch says so. I don't care about TNA so I don't mind them spoilers personally but I don't like seeing WWE spoilers kicking about so I'm guessing TNA fans don't either. If they can be avoided I'd prefer them to be. On a side not has the Knockouts Tag Match still not been announced for No Surrender? Weird. Tony2Times (talk) 02:08, 18 September 2009 (UTC)
- The one upside to TNA not getting much attention here is that Impact spoilers don't usually get added (even though TNA tapes like 2 or 3 weeks worth at once). TNA announced weeks ago that the finals will be at No Surrender, but for tournament finals we usually wait until the wrestlers in the finals are known. TBP have advanced, once the other team is determined it will be added. TJ Spyke 02:13, 18 September 2009 (UTC)
- Question is, who will participate at NS as The beautiful people? Will Rayne step in even though she technically didn't advance in the tourney? Sephiroth storm (talk) 19:55, 20 September 2009 (UTC)
- I would imagine that any 2 members are allowed to compete (basically the Freebird rule), but that is just speculation on my part. We will find out in a few hours. TJ Spyke 19:57, 20 September 2009 (UTC)

Angel Williams and Talia Madison
[edit]It says in the infobox this is one of their aliases but the article states they began to tag together after their names had been changed to Love and Sky. So when were they called that? If not it would be helpful to remove it because the infobox is quite large and unwieldy. Tony2Times (talk) 01:34, 19 September 2009 (UTC)
- They never tagged as Angel Williams and Talia Madison. They changed their names couple of weeks before Turning Point, which was where they tagged together for the first time.TheFBH (talk) 15:10, 19 September 2009 (UTC)
Image Gallery
[edit]Rather than edit it back and forth between two editors, I thought I'd bring it up here. Basically I'm not in favour of an image gallery because it breaks up the article, is just kinda shoehorned on there and I find it unnecessary as most text is well illustrated by what was in the article beforehand. Moving all the images to Wiki Commons and tagging them so they appear in the Wiki Commons is a better solution I feel, that way all the pictures are grouped together, not just some. Tony2Times (talk) 02:46, 11 October 2009 (UTC)
- Yeah, I said the samething in a message to User:StarEnerg after his/her second revert.--WillC 02:49, 11 October 2009 (UTC)
Main Image
[edit]I noticed that someone tried to place an image with members of the Beautiful People as the main image, this should not be done due to the article covering all 5 members of the stable, and no one image exists with all 5 together. This is such a large group that the team logo is truly the only representation that would be appropriate as the main image. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.193.132.197 (talk) 03:27, 6 March 2010 (UTC)
- Yeah I agree and will probably make sure it stays that way. Tony2Times (talk) 08:39, 6 March 2010 (UTC)
Compromise
[edit]It seems that me and another editor have conflicting edits. I was wondering how we can reach a compromise. I really feel that the information about how the group was formed is important. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.193.132.197 (talk) 16:05, 17 April 2010 (UTC)
- I'd been meaning to write this for some time actually. Like The Legacy and nWo, I think it would serve the article to have a section headered Concept that explains the group, but not quite the way you were suggesting it to be written. Hopefully I'll find some time soon to contribute. Tony2Times (talk) 17:08, 17 April 2010 (UTC)
- Please do. Only thing added now is about Paris Hilton. The group was inspired by The Simple Life, Mean Girls, and just stuck up girls. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.193.132.197 (talk) 18:53, 17 April 2010 (UTC)
Ugly Stick
[edit]This article does not mention the weapon. —Preceding unsigned comment added by TheiGuard (talk • contribs) 01:38, 11 June 2010 (UTC)
Meanest Girls Part 3
[edit]The article doesn't mention when they attacked Lauren backstage on December 3, 2010 for Meanest Girls part 3. Is it not worth mentioning? TheiGuard (talk) 14:10, 19 June 2010 (UTC)
- That stuff isn't notable to begin with. It is week by week.--WillC 17:09, 19 June 2010 (UTC)
Whether the group exists anymore
[edit]Regardless of whether Rayne claims ownership to the name within the storyline or not, this article is about the groupings of people. They weren't called The Beautiful People to begin with, but the article includes that; Team 3D don't have a page seperate from the Dudley Boyz because the people within it remain the same. Love and Sky are TBP members reunited, I guess we could argue a situation where Rayne (also a former member, granted) and Tara are the new group but seeing as Tara was never in the group, isn't blonde or vain, that's unlikely. Even if Love and Sky don't use TPB name anymore, this article is about that list of people teaming up (cf Team 3D/Dudleyz). Tony2Times (talk) 17:47, 27 August 2010 (UTC)
Proof That Angelina & Velvet Now Represent The Beautiful People
[edit]http://www.tnawrestling.com/news/item/2137-new-october-live-events-in-michigan
-The Beautiful People (Angelina Love & Velvet Sky)TheiGuard (talk) 14:38, 31 August 2010 (UTC)
- Having just watched the 18th Sept episode - it's clear at this stage that Madison, still using TBP entrance music - the writers are still making it ambiguous as to who TBP actually are - when Love and Sky came out, to the same music - you have to ask, who is TBP now? Rayne and Von Erich are really the only two active members. Von Erich has aligned herself with Love and Sky. Rayne is aligned with Tara. Both teams use the same music and Rayne never left TBP. Regardless of what storylines dictate, from an outside perspective, it appears that there are now two TBP teams. Until TNA confirm who TBP are officially, this article should reflect what appears to be happening. The listing indicated just confirms who are appearing - it could equally say 'The Beautiful People(Madison Rayne and Tara)' 81.187.49.29 (talk) 21:34, 17 September 2010 (UTC)

Orphaned references in The Beautiful People (professional wrestling)
[edit]I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of The Beautiful People (professional wrestling)'s orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.
