"All Good Pals"?
[edit]Hi, someone added an item to the Discography section called "All Good Pals (2006)" -- do you have some inside information that this will be the title of their new album, and that it will definitely be released in 2006? I am removing this reference, but please respond if you have information supporting this title and release date. Thanks, Dave
Reference to first two albums being rare collector's items
[edit]Hi, I changed an addition that "Mattnad" did recently, which referred to the first two albums being out of print with rights owned by Ryko, and that they are "rare collector's items". First, I moved this comment to the end of the article, because it refers to the present time but had been inserted in the middle of the band's history. Then, I removed the reference to the rights being owned by Ryko. I have heard rumors that Ryko was considering reissuing the albums, but have never seen definite information that they currently own the rights to them. If anyone can point to a source that substantiates this, please let me know. Also, I removed the reference to the albums being rare collector's items because it sounds like an opinion rather than a fact. Wikipedia articles are supposed to stick to the facts, so maybe this could be addressed by saying something about these albums selling for relatively high prices on eBay, but even that could be challenged if there is no source sited.
Thanks, Dave
Fair use rationale for Image:Bears Eureka! portrait.jpg
[edit]Image:Bears Eureka! portrait.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
